We respect the privacy of our visitors and Donors. If we have trouble processing a transaction, this contact information may also be used to get in touch with you.

Your contact information including name, address and e-mail will not be sold, distributed or provided to others. You may opt-out of any mailings from the Body and Health by sending your request to opt-out including your name, address and e-mail by e-mail to: info@bodyandhealth.org.

Body and Health participants automatically receive its Newsletter by email. Website visitors may also sign up to receive the newsletter. Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving e-newsletters from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the unsubscribe links at the end of any email.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Our Commitment To Data Security

The Body and Health Web site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Any forms submitted online that contain personal financial information are submitted via a secure server.

The data housed at Body and Health is kept on secure servers that are not accessible via the Internet or dial-up networks. These computers are protected by extensive network security with very limited access by select personnel charged with protecting the privacy of your records.

b.) Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel

With your permission, our website utilizes the Conversion Tracking Pixel service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous. This means that we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. We are informing you on this matter according to our information at this time.
